Connaughton is a guard that can't dribble, pass, or consistently shoot.

Spurs make their threes. We pretty much don't.

Vonleh is one of those guys that looks smaller than he is to me.. is it just me? He does not look like a 6'10" guy. More like 6'8"

Vonleh could be a good passer. He's already solid for how much he looks down when he dribbles.

Honestly. Pat quiting cowhide ball isn't a big deal. They draft 40 guys a season! Half of them don't sign..... this is not the equivalent of the Blazers losing Jordan.

Someone needs to tell NBA refs about the "pulling the chair" technique. It's like they don't understand that you don't have to let someone lean on you.

Sadly, that is true right now. Nice moves and '3' by Vonleh. Connaughton keeps shooting (and missing) so I'm not getting to see as much of Vonleh and Montero as I'd like.

Yeah. I don't see any skills in Connaughton other than athleticism that really stand out. He might be better moving on. Dude keeps setting up 3s.

Prediction: jake layman will be in rotation and get regular minutes this year for the blazers

Vonleh is taking advantage of a small team with no shot blocking. Really hard to evaluate his offense in a game like this.

Uhh.. Where? Instead of who? We have too many guys that deserve minutes as is. Layman is not going to be able to compete at an actual NBA level right away.

Vonleh will become a good offensive player once he develops a consistent jumper. There's no way big men can defend his jumper and stay in front of his jumper. He's good when he's going downhill, he just tries to crossover guys too much because they sag.

I wish we could combine give Vonleh Meyers shooting touch and height.

CJ had no idea how to say her name lmao

I love the fact there is good communication in this organization. It's obvious that Dame and CJ talk A LOT. That's so important. I can't think of a team that needs to drown out preconceived notions surrounding the future imite the Blazers.
