Im not in shape right now. I added this in an edit of that post, but I wish I had good knees man... I'll show you when I see you. Have swelling nearly the size of my kneecap below my kneecap. Ruined me in college ball.

Yeah the rims our rough my hands have been torn up from them for the past 4 years. Have a bad callous on my middle finger that gets tugged at haha.

I understand the knees thing, Ive had minor stuff done on both knees, and both need major things done but with small kids Ive chosen to go the route of dealing with it until they’re easy for my wife to handle, the good news has been that working out the last month theyve mostly felt ok. The right one is basically shot though. Im excited to lose a bunch tomorrow!
