The second picture was before the bomb went off. Do you not see him without a bag on the right frame? So he has this bag strapped to his back, then the guy decides to not have the backpack moments later. You don't see that as being fishy?

I see him wearing black. I honestly can' ttell if he has straps or not since he is facing forward.

I can. The straps are bulky and there is no shadow on the front of the straps being on him. Also, if you noticed the back, it was really really bulky. Then you see the people around him and they are much closer. They aren't in his zone of where the backpack should be.
