Not trying to knock it, but look up the educational stats for the SD. Not sure where it sits today, but it wasn't pretty a few years ago, and they don't just improve by leaps and bounds overnight. Investigators have made a “clear identification” of a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings, according to CNN.

The second picture was before the bomb went off. Do you not see him without a bag on the right frame? So he has this bag strapped to his back, then the guy decides to not have the backpack moments later. You don't see that as being fishy?
