If this is true, I think a lot of people owe Paul Allen an apology!

Ha, the little douchebag doesn't even allow comments on this "blog" until he screens them.

Still working the late shift, Brian? ;)

Did you listen to the podcast? He is NOT being an apologist for Vulcan or the Blazers. He has some harsh things to say about Kolde, in particular.

Ed O.

Right. If it wasn't for the Roy/Aldridge draft KP would be a shit GM, and we are hearing that KP didn't run that draft.

Is that your "logic"? Steve Patterson is now to believed because...why exactly?

I see why this guy is on at some weird hour, because the way he talks is already annoying me.

I didn't say I believed him. All I said was that if KP didn't orchestrate the Roy/Aldridge draft, then he hasn't done anything to make him a top 10 GM like most people on here think.

I know this little shit. Brian, open up comments on your blog. Let me tell them all about you. ;)

He also went on to say that he believes (after talking to a source) 1 – that Roy’s body is breaking down and he only has 2-3 years left in the NBA
2 – that LMA is not reliable or rugged enough to count on as one of our pillars
3 – that Nate’s days are “numbered” and he will be fired if things are not firing on all cylinders after the first half of the season
4 – that Greg Oden is unlikely to play more than half a season per year

Basically, that the Blazers championship window has closed before it ever opened.

I think he’s trying to make a name for himself.

So, Steve Patterson is the source, because NOBODY in the Blazer organization would say these things. If they did, we may as well stop being fans, because that is some fucked up stuff to say about the best players on the team.

Steve Patterson, crawl back into your hole. You are an opportunist who ruined this franchise. Stop trying to re-invent your image.

Where was Patterson for 4 years? Hell, I'd have been taking credit for Roy and Aldridge the whole time, if it was actually true.

I have a blog that gets very little traffic and I've been tempted to screen comments before allowing them. I don't blame him for doing so. I don't find it at all relevant when determining whether he's being honest or well-sourced or not.

He's got people like you, who appear to be too afraid to even use your real name online, claiming to know him and hold some secret knowledge of him as a person. It's disgraceful, if you ask me.

What's your real name, Ed? Gee, Brian is in the PR business, which I know a lot about in Portland. Suddenly, he's parroting what Steve Patterson has been saying over the airwaves.

95.5, do you consider this a conflict of interest?

Also, what's wrong with me calling out a public figure behind a wall of anonymity? Is criticizing Quick and Canzano OK, but calling out this little shit Brian Berger against the rules? If so, let me known.

That's his personal blog. I guess my first "gig" was my own blog, then. I have a career outside of my career! :)

He's been appearing on radio since at LEAST 2006, which predates 95.5 The Game by a couple of years.

You claiming he got his first radio gig there is factually inaccurate unless a time machine is involved somehow.

When talking about who orchestrated the Roy/Aldridge deals, he basically uses Patterson's story.

Why am I listening to this again?
