Oregon’s offensive line and secondary absolutely dominated. That “pro” qb looked average because the Ducks secondary left no one open.

Things are looking on the up and up. Excited to see some Lanning recruits get in the mix the next couple years.

imo ‪Funa and Manning suck tho

What they’re saying nationally, in Provo after Oregon Ducks dominated BYU

No. 25 Oregon defeated No. 12 BYU, 41-20, at Autzen Stadium on Saturday.

The Ducks improved to 2-1 entering Pac-12 play and picked up their largest win over a ranked team during the regular season since beating 51-27 at No. 20 Utah on Nov. 8, 2014.

Here’s a roundup of what was written nationally and in Provo after the game:

AP Top 25 Takeaways: Veteran QBs Clifford, Nix deliver big (AP)

“And so it was in Week 3 that Bo Nix emerged from the abyss -- for the 106th time in his career -- to deliver an emphatic Ducks win over BYU.” (ESPN)

“A decisive win at home against a ranked opponent was exactly what the Ducks needed to breathe enthusiasm back into the season. Their balanced offense (227 yards passing; 212 rushing) and strong run defense (61 yards allowed; 2.5 yards per carry) allowed this one to get out of hand early.” (ESPN)

“Oregon physically demolished BYU’s impressive front, rushing for 212 yards.” (CBSSports.com)

“No. 24 Oregon will regain some credibility and earn a place near the top of the Pac-12 power rankings after handing No. 14 Brigham Young a 41-20 loss.” (USA Today)

“Give Oregon credit for being the Bounce-Back Team of the Year to date. The Ducks were destroyed in the season opener by Georgia, 49–3, but that now looks more like a commentary on the Bulldogs’ prowess than a warning sign about Oregon.” (Sports Illustrated)

Bo Nix is probably owed an apology this week. It’s possible that one season-opening game against No. 1 Georgia is not the best measurement of whether a quarterback might have a good year.” (The Athletic)

“Auburn fans know well the highs and lows of the Bo Nix Experience, and I’d expect it to be a similar ride the rest of the way.” (The Athletic)

Sadly it's the OofU Pit Crew that is in the headlines today.. college kids can be such idiots sometimes.

Why am I not surprised?

Remember the fans yelling at Kevin Love?

Why am I not surprised?

because football fans contain a healthy percentage of idiots? Because college students are often idiots? The stuff I've seen attending football games from fans of Oregon and various other teams...

In a sea of 50K+, 12 loser fans ass out & next day you're here fanning the flames with a video of their fading stupidy... not surprised. Of course I recall you claiming to be a Duck fan as you relayed one derisive comment after another. I actually expected you to start a new thread with this crap

Was it out of line for the fans to chant that? Yeah...

Is it worth all the political drama? No...

Personally I think people should be free to express their opinions of any religion.

Maybe it's just me but if Beavers, Blazers, Chargers or Mariners fans participated such an abhorrent chant I would condemn it.

On the other hand, I support this so I probably don't have room to talk...
