We've got to stop lumping tens or hundreds of thousands of people into one group based off the behavior (good, bad, or indifferent) of tens or hundreds of people.

What the select group of Oregon students did was wrong and deserves punishment. We had many BYU fans in our section and I believe they left as happy as possible considering the outcome of the game.

I can't disagree with this. Fans at all games are obnoxious. It is one thing to read idiotic repetitive posts from certain fans on a message board, but to pay for a ticket and then be annoyed the whole game by certain morons .....it does make it less enjoyable.

That's what you get for sitting in the third level. My seats are low down in the first level and I have only had one incident at that level in the last 53 seasons. I had a problem on the third level once with a drunk and trouble on the second level once again with a drunk. My lone problem on the first level was with a belligerent ass hole which the usher handled completely and immediately. The second level drunk tipped over his beer which was on the floor and flooded my shoe. That usher did nothing even though I had to stand in the tunnel to watch the game because the floor in front of my seat was flooded with beer. That level two incident has been my only real complaint.

just about everybody associated with the UofO has condemned those drunk idiots: the UofO president; the UofO AD Rob Mullens; Dan Lanning; UofO twitter; UofO Student Section twitter; UofO Student Council. Even Kate Brown has got into the act
