duck fans here of course have the same amount of control over the uni's as you do over the Beavs duds. As a Duck fan I'm much more concerned about how they play then what they're wearing... as a Bay Area Duck fan, today was pretty damn sweet.

not only is 3-1 Cal ranked 6 spots ahead of 3-1 Oregon after getting destroyed, but 3-1 Penn St is ranked ahead of 4-0 Iowa after losing to the Hawkeyes at home

It's still so early in the season. I'd be much more likely to complain about the BCS and rankings when it starts to get closer to bowl season.

or why is Oklahoma State ranked so high comparatively to the Ducks? Since Oregon crushed them capping off last season, both schools have gone 3-1. #16 ranked UO's one loss was on the road to the #6 ranked Boise St. #12 ranked OSU's one loss was at home to #15 Univ.of Houston... who is now 3-0.

it seems the coach's poll isn't based on results, good thing it's one of the main factoring polls in the BCS

While I'm not too surprised Cal was placed over UO (teams aren't supposed to move or down quickly after a couple of weeks, keeping us 25th after beating #18 & #6 on consecutive weeks is impressive.

Unfortunately, the BCS rankings count the coaches' poll but not the AP. But I agree the coaches' poll is a joke.
