<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> Marcus Camby wants another crack at New York.
Shipped to Denver in a draft-day deal two years ago, Camby admitted yesterday he, and his buddy Latrell Sprewell, yearn to return to play for what he still calls the new Knick management.
"Myself, I wish I was still here," Camby said before the Nuggets' 107-96 loss yesterday at the Garden. "I know Spree wishes he was here. We were New York City type of guys. Our styles, our games fit in well here." </div>

To tell you the truth I wouldn't mind for my boy Marcus Camby to be here too. He wasn't that much of an offensive weapon, but, who cares. He kept the paint locked up for us and we already had Sprewell and Houston. I wouldn't mind if Latrell Sprewell was here either but, it doesn't show as much because we already have a great SF. J/K on that one of course. Layden traded our top pick, Nene and Camby for McDyess who wasn't a huge step up even when healthy. Nazr Mohammed is playing great basketball but, it was definitely not like Camby. Mohammed is more offensive minded while Camby is more defensive minded which is what we need now. When Camby was here he was giving you about 12ppg 12rpg and 2.5bpg. That's what I want but, I dont think Camby will make a return back to NY. The Nuggets wont take back Camby who is a great C for them for no one on our squad. Hopefully we can get someone like Camby with TT's contract or something. I really do miss Camby over here. It always felt different not seeing #23 not in the lineup.
