Yeah. I like the "I was just pullig up next to him to make sure he saw me" excuse. Yeah, the SUV driver didn't see the excess of motorcycles around him. You just came outta nowhere. Not.
"I didn't brake". I've ridden bikes like 4 times in my life. Even I know when you relax on the throttle, you slow way down. I assume bikers do this as a softer way of braking, assuming you're not in a need of slamming on your brakes. At the end of the day, whether he did things intentionally or not, he made stupid decisions and was acting in a way that gave the appearance that he was at least screwing around a little bit. IMO, the move riding next to the SUV, looking at the SUV driving, and then pulling only a little bit in front of the SUV at least gives the appearance as though he's toying with the SUV driver - the rest of the story about wanting others to pass could have been legit. But he still made some bad decisions, which led to all of this.
