Cant say it wasn't justified

Exactly why I think the SUV driver was probably scared to even be driving on the road with them.

smart would have been to take the first exit and let them pass...I have done that at times when outlaws were on putts..

They stopped and blocked all traffic, preventing that option. They do it so the front bikes can do stunts.

they block traffic for two reasons one to create space to go crazy and in the instance on video, to pick up a rider that had been hit in the first 15 seconds of the youtube video..that you may have missed..oh, yes the third was for retribution

A hundred motorcycles staged an illegal "vehicle show" downtown, the most densely packed place they could have, disrupting traffic and making all the motorists mad. I assume this driver was the only one who didn't comply with their implied commands to move out of their way. So they harrassed him until he reacted.

hey..make your own story..

The story's even worse than I said. It was a thousand cyclists, not a hundred, and the downtown was Manhattan, which is so crowded that most inhabitants don't own cars.

I remember doing stunts on my Schwinn Stingray.

1% for life!

I had a Schwinn 26'er before they invented those little 20' Sting Rays. Hand brakes. Luxury model. Cost $60.

I had the model with the nut crushing 5spd Stick Shift.

A woman on this news channel had the same thing happen to her. They completely surround your car and box you in, and fuck with you. It is creepy and obviously intentional. They do this for a VERY long time (20 miles or so in her case?) and you don't know if you're about to be fucked up or not.

From what I was reading, this particular victim called 911, honked his horn pissing off some guy who brake checked him intentionally, then he was surrounded by an angry mob beating his windows, who had knives. Obviously he wasn't going to stick around to find out what would happen, with 20-30 people surrounding you.

Sounds like a bunch of evil people who beat up his car for not getting off the highway. His tires were slashed up btw, and I think one of his side mirrors was broken at the start of the vid. I'm not watching it again it is creepy.

You mean the normal guy who drove in front of the suv, looked back, and made sure to brake check on purpose?

That you may have missed.

Yes I'd like to know what your official story is.

I respect how you feel. I would like to believe that I am being open minded here, but the possibility does exist that I see this from the view point of someone who has been ran over by a car, did not walk for over a year, and still have issues that will last the rest of my life...not looking for pity points, just a statement of fact

If your friend had taken out a knife and had 20 buddies with him that is completely different dude.

Nice job missing this Lincoln, the guy gets his tires slashed then he freaks out. Gee I wonder why.

Just before the 1 minute mark, listen to the police report.

Give me scientific evidence disproving the car was knifed and dented up. Alright thanks anyway.

yeah I read that, it does not jive with the following six minuets of video that shows this vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. I dont see flat tires or dents, I dont see guys beating on the SUV until the second event

What you see doesn't mean jack though, the police report matters, as do the dented car and slashed tires.

You got wound up because of the video, but you didn't pay attention to the forensics. There's this whole scientific field out there, it is useful and shit.

Eh, you're having the exact same conversation I had with him yesterday.

Nice update. it wasn't me, I'm the victim here update. LOL I hope this guy does lose everything.

Yeah. I like the "I was just pullig up next to him to make sure he saw me" excuse. Yeah, the SUV driver didn't see the excess of motorcycles around him. You just came outta nowhere. Not.

"I didn't brake". I've ridden bikes like 4 times in my life. Even I know when you relax on the throttle, you slow way down. I assume bikers do this as a softer way of braking, assuming you're not in a need of slamming on your brakes. At the end of the day, whether he did things intentionally or not, he made stupid decisions and was acting in a way that gave the appearance that he was at least screwing around a little bit. IMO, the move riding next to the SUV, looking at the SUV driving, and then pulling only a little bit in front of the SUV at least gives the appearance as though he's toying with the SUV driver - the rest of the story about wanting others to pass could have been legit. But he still made some bad decisions, which led to all of this.

The one thing this guy has going for him is that Asians are such shitty drivers. That's the defense I'd go with if I were him.

He'd be better off if the wife had been driving AND this happened in California. That'd be three strikes against the SUV driver (woman, Asian, Californian).

Cop arrested for attacking SUV. Was off duty, not undercover. Another cop there was already on modified duty for beating his wife. Typical.
