Now, i feel bad for his family who, especially his kids, may have one less father. But he, Charlie Kirk, should have thought about how his words and actions would affect his family. But he didnt and chose to be the racist and bigoted person he is.

According to one witness, Kirk was talking questions from the crowd, and someone asked him about mass shootings, seconds later he was shot.

I despise racists and bigots. Dont you?

I will always hate racists and bigots. Hard to feel empathy to the person. To everyone else and his family? Sure. But consequences of his hateful speech happened. Should it have happened? No. Did it? Yes.

Please use basic logic and see the differences in how i approached it. Thank you.

I despise racists and bigots. His hateful speech may have very come back on him, but I don't wish for violence and I don't applaud it. You can be against the things he says and be against someone shooting him.

So where do you even stand when people are so deplorable but there shouldn't be political violence BUT one side asks people to be violent to the other side? Did they expect one side to just NOT do anything?

Do you see the conundrum yet and why people act so strongly? Its systemic within the political arena. So again, blame Trump for all of this going on, because it went on A LOT less before he took office the first time.

Remember, people were glad the democratic representives in Minnesota were gunned down, so this is literally a both sides thing.

It shouldn't happen on EITHER side.

Hopefully this shit can stop. While I will ALWAYS hate racists and bigots, and I said this dude should die, this shit shouldn't be happening. A consequence of his words and actions, yes... but some day can we just get past all this?

Yeah, I don't know. Just saw they picture with people holding him down, saying they got the suspect.

I agree. I reacted very harshly, and can still see both sides. Just incredibly frustrated with the world we live in.

Even if there were some people glad about that, it doesn't mean you need to be glad about this. Makes you as low as the people who thought that.

Hopefully, it does stop. I don't know that it will though. The country is very divided right now.
 
@SlyPokerDog thanks for deleting my initial message. Was gonna delete it myself, but im glad you did, since my initial reaction was so harsh.
 
Looks like all the local news outlets have removed "shooter in custody" from their headlines.

I already took back my wish of death on him, cause that was unacceptable. But I still stand by its a consequences of his actions, even if i dont want political violence on either side.
