This sounds bassackward. Why trade for Babbitt *and* bring Claver over? More likely the trade for Babbitt was an announcement that Claver will never be a Blazer.

I'd tend to agree. You have to think he doesn't have much enthusiasm for playing for the Blazers after Rudy and Sergio's experiences.
