Clingan: biggest underperformer so far (2 Viewers)

I think Grant, Tou and Clingan are all tied for "biggest underperformer".

I know Danny Marang likes to act like Tou is "being asked" to defend players and that's why he's not hitting shit, but that's such a stupid excuse. He's been asked to do that *all fucking year*.

DC almost looks like someone who has concrete in his shoes, even more so than normal. His "defense" on Kornet has been embarrassing at best, and pathetic at worst.

Clingan played well to start the 3rd. Rob rocked the first half. Both disappeared in the second half.

I look for Grant to have huge games in Moda Center coming up. He has to save face. I would not be surprised if when these games are inevitably tight, Grant may just save us.

No he doesn't. He got paid. He doesn't give two shits. He gets a free ride.

I am going to shut this shit down right the fuck now ...

Yes -- DC has been average at best but part of that is how he is being used and how I think other players are leaving him out on an island to do everything ( rebound etc ) but if we are talking biggest underperformer there is only one choice

Sharpe -- PERIOD

I find it funny how Sharpe got into Billups dog house at least seemed that way and now Splitter has kind of put him in the same house at times. There is a point where you have to wonder how much is it on the coaching staff and how much is on the player. I do think the team being in flux since pretty much since he arrived is part of it but at some point his raw talent and work ethic should have come through and not just here and there so it's on him at this point. Maybe he just needs a change of scenery but IF he ends up staying for sure next season is his make or break season and no if's and's or but's about it.

I realized. It's sad. I don't know. It looks like he tried? Just things not working for him. He was on people with energy defensively, wasn't he?

Sharpe is coming back from a injury, coming off the bench and on mins restriction.

Sharpe is playing like someone who either

A: shouldn't be playing
B: doesn't want to be here anymore
C: doesn't care

because he was at least a threat for most of the season, but since he came back he's been invisible.

I'm hoping it's mostly A, but I think B and C might have something to do with it. Could be other too.

D. Got paid and now doesn't need to work anymore.

He was playing good and scoring over 20 points a game and he comes back from injury and all of a sudden doesn’t care? Once again people treating the guy coming back from injury like they did Scoot when he first came back.
