Trump says he's directed Pence not to call governors who aren't 'grateful' for federal aid
President Donald Trump bashed governors he claims weren't "grateful" enough for federal assistance, and said he's directed Vice President Mike Pence not to call such governors unless they "treat him right."
In particular, Trump called out Washington Gov. Jay Inslee — calling him "a failed presidential candidate" — and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, who he said, "has no idea what's going on."
"I say Mike (Pence), don't call the governor of Washington; you're wasting your time with him. Don't call the woman in Michigan," Trump said. "It doesn't make any difference. You know what I say? If they don't treat you right, don't call."

Fred Meyer over here seems to almost have returned to normal. Also I did logistics for a major retailer for a small period of my life and sometimes the prices come up from the supply chain. Its not always (but definitely sometimes) the stores price gouging people.Just went to the store. Price gouging bastards.
Isn't that close to what they always charge?Safeway

I am going to go with Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. Lots of useless paper there.
and that's likely to seep into Oregon a little
Well, Trump did say that he would update us Monday or Tuesday on his thoughts on easing up on the social distancing. He'd rather do it soon than later so we can get this economy goin!yeah, that is some good news. But we may only be about 6 minutes into the 1st Q, so it's early.
too bad Oregon can't magically close the borders because other states appear to be having bad news and that's likely to seep into Oregon a little
unfortunately, the national numbers are still really scary. It would be criminally stupid to open things up by Easter
