There's little if any doubt that the death toll would have been significantly lower if the Trump administration had acted when they could/should have.

Yeah, that's the question I posed earlier about whether they were only the "homeless/nameless'. Otherwise, it would seem to me that if they were just randomly burying covid19 fatalities there, it would make for an odd scenario if/when family members wanted to locate, exhume, and then relocate the body of their loved one/s.

Well, one of them promised everyone that he and only he can do it all and is unwilling to take responsibility when tens of thousands of people die because of his inability and the other is expressing his opinion on a forum where people express their opinion... So, yeah.

I will certainly trust him a lot more not to mismanage the situation so horribly.

When I say Joe Biden, what I really mean is whoever gets chosen as the nominee for you once Joe Biden is deemed unfit (no voting will be necessary). Hopefully whoever that person is can actually present thoughts and ideas coherently without forgetting where they are mid-sentence or losing their place on the teleprompter nine times per minute.

You are entitled to your worries, as I was when we elected the current buffoon. Unfortunately, my worries were proven to be warranted. At worst, your worries will be too - but even if they do, if he at time forgets where he is means that sometimes he knows - which again, is an upgrade on president covfefe.

At least I have heard Joe Biden apologize for past transgressions with promises to do better. President covfefe gives his performance for killing thousands of Americans a 10 (and the ratings are ace baby).

“Killing thousands of Americans” is a purely sensational comment. You know as well as I do Trump can’t prevent viruses. If only one person died I suspect you and others would still be crying murder. There are plenty of legitimate criticisms of the president, but it’s hard to take some of them seriously when they are being pushed by the same people who have been wrong time and time again since day one. When Russia-gaters and Ukraine-gaters start making brash claims, it’s time to dig a little deeper for some truth.

Sorry, we have heard for years the Benghazi cries for a crime even tho that 6 republican senate enquirers concluded that there was no fault of anyone in the administration - so I am not going to stop to point the finger at an administration that erred on the side of keeping the numbers low, ignored early reports and still can't coordinate a federal purchase of all required equipment - which brings thousands of death. Frankly, the hypocrisy is mind-boggling.

This administration fucked up big - and thousands of people that could have been saved were not because of that. It is an uncomfortable horrible truth and it I am not going to stop pointing it out. These are real people that perished because of incompetence - and if this administration can not handle the responsibility - it should be pointed out every day until we have someone competent.

The Trump administration did not cause the Virus - but it did not handle it properly - and for this they should 100% be held responsible

Every country needs a billionaire crisis-profiteer with no qualifications in health who created the most virus-ridden software known to man to be leading the charge in a time of pandemic.

Stop airing national briefings and get this man on my television! Now! How can we pour money into the companies you’ve invested in, Bill?

Trump waited at least a month to finally act...take a look at the cases/deaths today and then look at the numbers from a month ago, then do simple math.

Do you put all your faith in government because you think they can actually help? Or is it so you can have a grievance when they inevitably fail?

Does the buck stop with Fauci? Does he have the power to coordinate federal level purchasing operations? Does he have executive authority over executive orders?

If investigations show that he did not act properly based on real information in front of him - for sure - he is not different than anyone else, but let's remember who is in charge, continued to provide dishonest information and is still claiming that it is not his responsibility.

I don't need the government to save me, I need it to do it's job. Spinning my globe, my eyes gaze upon South Korea, New Zealand and other countries as examples of governments that did fantastic job - the Trump administration did some things right, it is just a shame that they did it a month or 2 too late when it was obvious they had no other chance - but they certainly fucked big and should be held responsible.

Heck, I don't even need to go that far, all I need to do is look at the government of my residence where early action has shown low infection and death rates despite the fact that California had early cases and has some of the most dense areas in the country.
