Without his permission?
He realizes he's not a king, right?
Any American who so rudely gets a disease while overseas needs to have their citizenship stripped and never allowed back.

Some of my teacher friends are having to teach online to their students until the quarantine period is over in China.
From what I am told it is worse in the cities than the suburbs where my friends are living.
I think you should try living without anything supplied by a big city and see how you like it. Also, you guys should give back those state taxes above the level you contributed and see how you like that. All mammals die of disease and violence when crowded too much.
It's also why big city dwellers are mostly assholes.

As reported cases of the coronavirus spiked to over 79,000 over the weekend, Europe struggled to deal with its first major outbreak of the disease, in Italy. South Korea took "unprecedented, powerful" steps to try to contain the spread of the COVID-19, and Iran reported additional cases. China, which has over 77,000 cases, reported hundreds more.
The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the U.S. has reached 53, health officials said Monday. Most people who tested positive were former passengers of the Diamond Princess cruise ship, which had been quarantined off Japan. A federal judge temporarily blocked a government plan to send some patients to a facility in Costa Mesa, California, after city officials sued, saying they hadn't been consulted.

I was at Carnivale in Venice last week (which has now been cancelled). I did have a slight fever a few days ago, but it passed after a day. Chalked that up to jet lag/travel. All good now.
Someone's got to be straight up about the hard topics.Dick Pound?
