So a good friend and ex-coworker of mine has been in Europe, Rome 3 weeks ago, Paris this week and was going to Ireland for St. Patricks day, he’s in his mid 70’s and last I heard friday, was completely unsure on if he was going to make it home or not. Scary thing is he gets sick all the time. So Im fairly worried about him. I hope he has made it back and is in one of those crazy lines...

This only works if you are skinny enough to do it. Unfortunately the United States is full of Fat people that like Tacos with Jalepenos on em.

That brings up a pet peeve of mine...now don't get me wrong, I realize that there are people who really need those little electric riding carts that some stores provide to customers with physical disabilities but it seems many people use them simply because they're too damn sorry to actually walk through the store...and it also seems they are the ones constantly blocking the aisles because they're either on their cell phone asking someone what kind of doughnuts to buy or they're simply gum bumping with someone.
Folks, please leave these carts for the people who truly need them, lay off the doughnuts, and walk a little...you might just lose some weight.

I have no idea when to expect him. I wasn't trying to phrase that any particular way, that was just the last time we had contact with him... It was more matter of fact than, a message of impending doom.
