Trump needs an enemy against whom he can direct his endless impotent rage. And he is so stupid he doesn't realize firing Dr. Fauci would not muzzle him, it would unleash him. No more diplomatic language, no more standing silently behind Trump as he rants. Dr. Fauci would be in every living room in America and much of the rest of the world saying exactly what he thinks about the most incompetent occupant of the white house in history.

I believe the retweet was more focused on Fauci saying, “The virus was not a threat at the end of February.”

Trump already has that enemy you speak of, which is why he is doing the daily briefings. He gets to pound on that enemy every day, unscripted.

Also, the comment "People are dying" is just gaslighting. Those very same people are against the treatment of Hydroxychloroquine. It has been saving lives, and currently is one of 2 FDA approved "off label treatments" for the viral infection.

He repeats the same garbage over and over again and is merely using it as a pep rally that nobody cares about right now. Unfortunately he exposes himself for what he truly is in those press briefings. I have never seen a president so all consumed with himself and one that lacks intelligence.

The statement, "Nobody cares about him now" is false. You didn't say, "Those that care about his press briefings shouldn't care."

There are no major news agency's for Trump anymore. Even Fox is against him now.

There is substance in the briefings...from Dr Fauci. There is nothing of substance coming from Trump's mouth. He has the IQ of a second grader. He babbles on with his gobbledygook. What has he said that could be considered substantial?

People are dying. It's not gaslighting. It's no hoax. It's reality. Many if not most died before Hydroxycholoroquine was even brought up. It is FDA approved...for Malaria, Lupus, and Arthritis not Covid-19. They have approved testing...it is not yet a proven or approved treatment as you claim.
