Who legitimate is ignoring anything? The vaccine helps the vast majority of people who would die or be crippled survive with with no long term impacts.

Just so we're clear, and since you brought it up, antibody-based treatments are acquired immunity, not natural immunity.

Acquired immunity can be:

1. Vaccines
2. Being exposed to someone who is infected.
3. Antibody-based treatments.
