Curry for Mohammed

As of late the Nazr Mohammed has been playing great and has been productive. He's really been benefitting from the assists. He's also has not given up on plays for example, last night when he was blocked twice by Woods, he drew the foul and got the basket. Nazr has been playing exceptionally well and has fit in with the chemistry. Then again this is Nazr Mohammed. How long will this play from him last? Now Curry on the other hand has not been playing so well and lost his starting job. Many people think that Curry just needs a change of scenery. This Curry guy has potential written all over him. He's 22, athletic 6'11, and can really be a force if he worked hard. But, will he reach his potential in New York? Or will he be another TT experiment that will prove costly? Right now Mohammed's stock is as high as it is in his career and maybe might be the highest. I am wondering what everyone is thinking on this trade. Do we take a chance and trade him while he's hot or do we do the safe thing and keep him? Personally I have no idea what to do. That's why I would appreciate all oppinions.

Thomas needs to get a clue...he's day dreaming if he continues thinking he can get players without giving anything up in return. First it was K. Thomas for Vince...then it was Scrubs for Crawford (which paxson actually bought...but no other GM would) now he wants Curry but is only willing to part with Nazr???
If the bulls actually would do Nazr for Curry i'd do it YESTERDAY...why even discuss it...its obvious that Curry has more potential and he's a better player currently, despite his troubles. But the bulls wont go for it...they'll want Nazr and Sweetney.
In that case its a close call....but i'd do it if i were Thomas

i'm not really sure, but i would trade for curry because he is younger than mohammed. i just dont believe the bulls would accept the trade for curry, unless well mohammed keeps on playing like this for the next 2 weeks.

Wow. I really don't know what to think. I mean, if Mohhamed keeps this up, then there is no reason to pull the trigger on this, but I haven't seen Mohhamed play at this level enought to know that he can keep it up.
Mohhamed has really hustled the past few games, he's put forth a lot of effort. I don't see that effort in Curry, it's just not evident. I think that if Curry will actually show us that he will take the initiative to lose weight and work hard, then perhaps this would work out.
Curry, however, hasn't shown that to anybody and there is no strong evidence of a work ethic recently. I'm not sure. He would be torn apart by the New York crowd if he didn't lose weight and perform. It seems like he can barely handle the pressure of Chicago, I don't see stability in him to perform in New York.


New York has been giving it to TT, but I can just imagine what we the fans will do to Isiah if Curry doesn't pan out.

Please. No more. I think we just about filled our quota of career underachievers. Curry is and always will be a big, sloppy, chump. Again I say keep him away. Nazr has been playing well. I guess he ran across a few of my posts and decided to shut me up because he's doing well. I'd still rather have Van Horn and Doleac but at least Nazr hasnt been the disaster TT is. You dont trade players who are doing well as we should have all learned last year after the Van Horn deal. So I say no to Curry unless we can get him really really really cheap. If Mohammed can keep this up we wont need Curry.

I just don't wan't Mohammed to stop this fine play and Curry to start playing well and us blow our chance. I also don't want the same thing to happen to us the other way around. All I know is after we make the playoffs sometime during it we will most likely play Shaq and we need to bring in some kind of player to atleast give him a hard time. Curry is most likely not the answer however, I see him at his size to be a great player that just needs to work. If we gave him his best friend back on a wining franchise do you think he will work? I don't know. The big sloppy chump might become a brolic, working force! (hopefully)

I'm shocked! You actually want to trade Nazr??? I thought you loved this guy. After all the debates you're willing to trade Nazr for Curry when Nazr is finally living up to his potential?? Curry isnt the answer to anything. I see him at his great size to be just another fat loser who is going to get paid way too much money by some team that thinks he's going to solve all their problems. No he wont work. If we gave him his best friend back on a winning franchise it's likely that the best friend will lose focus and start playing poorly and that winning franchise will quickly become a losing one. "The big sloppy chump might become a brolic, working force!". Ummm. No. He wont. Didnt happen last year or the year before that. It doesnt look like its going to happen this year. And I get the feeling its not going to happen next year or any year afterwards. So forget about him.
