<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">BULL MARKET: The Chicago Bulls' awful start could be playing right into the Knicks' hands. Chicago entered last night's game against Utah at 0-9 and now Eddy Curry has been demoted from the starting lineup.
"I was shocked," Curry told Chicago reporters.
Knicks president Isiah Thomas has tried on several occasions to trade for the Bulls' 21-year-old center but does not want to part with either Kurt Thomas or Michael Sweetney. The Knicks would be willing to unload their starting center, Nazr Mohammed, who is beginning to put up big numbers. </div>
As of late the Nazr Mohammed has been playing great and has been productive. He's really been benefitting from the assists. He's also has not given up on plays for example, last night when he was blocked twice by Woods, he drew the foul and got the basket. Nazr has been playing exceptionally well and has fit in with the chemistry. Then again this is Nazr Mohammed. How long will this play from him last? Now Curry on the other hand has not been playing so well and lost his starting job. Many people think that Curry just needs a change of scenery. This Curry guy has potential written all over him. He's 22, athletic 6'11, and can really be a force if he worked hard. But, will he reach his potential in New York? Or will he be another TT experiment that will prove costly? Right now Mohammed's stock is as high as it is in his career and maybe might be the highest. I am wondering what everyone is thinking on this trade. Do we take a chance and trade him while he's hot or do we do the safe thing and keep him? Personally I have no idea what to do. That's why I would appreciate all oppinions.
