Dame in Milwaukee thread

Just read an editorial about how the Bucks are done with Dame time and may move off him this offseason. Not sure how much water it holds but seems Dame's not thrilled living in Milwaukee either. Something about hiring Doc Rivers that seems to push guys out the door.

It would be such a monumental self destruction if Dame demanded out of Milwaukee, since he talked shit about other players leaving places when things got hard.

Do we still wants Dame back in X years? Like, would it be a courtesy or do we expect him to contribute?

It would be like when Gary Payton won the chip with the Heat against the Mavs in 2006 or like when Jason Kidd won the chip with the Mavs against the Heat in 2011.

I root for him to win it all with the Bucks tho

Jason Kidd was absolutely pivotal in the Mavs winning that championship. They don’t make it past the Blazers without Jason Kidd.

Those are two different things. Kidd was a BIG reason Dallas won in 2011. Payton was a bit player.

From the bits and pieces I watched of the second half, it looked like the bucks were just using Dame as a decoy. All the Pacers attention was stopping Dame and the other players took advantage of it.
Dame shot maybe 4x the entire 2nd half, allowed middleton portis lopez to get theirs as he was getting all the attention
