Well, remember Zach thought his injury wasn't going to be major because it went back in quickly.

I'd think you'd need to look for a 1 for 2 trade, where one of the returning contracts is expiring or only 2 years, no more than that. And the other is a decent to good player at half the cost of CJ

that is what I was looking for but I couldn’t find the cheap player.

One team that looks interesting: Toronto has a bunch of cheap wings that are producing, and no real superstar.

Even after watching CJ for his entire career, I really don’t know how I feel about him. I mean, I know I patently hate his game, but part of me thinks he could thrive and look really good in a more structured system. Stotts system does not really play to his strengths since he’s not someone you give the ultimate freedom to and expect him to make the correct decision every time. I think if you gave him to nick nurse or a brad Stevens type coach he would look a lot better.
 
Everyone panicking let's see what MRI reveal. I hope it's minor but let see. I hoping we can get Nurk and Zach back first part of March. Let's see what the team looks like when it close to full strength. Then they can find what they need to do this summer. Right everyone wants to trade CJ and believe me I am all for it if we get somebody to help but I don't see Olshey doing that.

Love was a two time all-NBA (2nd team) performer, a 3-time all-star, and had been top-3 in rebounding for 3 straight years when Cleveland traded for him. And he'd just averaged 26 points (for the 2nd time), 13 rebounds, and 4.4 assists

It will be interesting to see how CJ plays with Dame out. In the past, those games have been some of CJ's best.

Hopefully Dame is out for 3-4 weeks & CJ can rebuild his trade value around the league

Wrong way. He was saying what Cavs got FOR Love.... which were a bunch of crappy offers - so he's still on the team

Last I checked, Love was still a member of the Cavs. They got NOTHING for him!
 
Bummer to see Dame got hurt. I'm sure there are a bunch of overractions on here, but from what I've heard from Dame, I'm not worried about him missing many if any games. I will lose no sleep over him missing the all-star game, though I'm bummed for him.
