Great. As long as a medical board is making the decision I'm good with it.That is the medical decision. There is no evidence it works. Doctors can’t just inject patients willy nilly because they think it may do something. It could make it worse. They take an oath to do no harm.
If the NIH (for example) hasn't approved it as a therapy then it wouldn't be "illegal" necessarily. It would not be an approved treatment.
Maybe just a miscommunication.
