Positives:
  • The Bucks pick in 2029 could be worth A LOT. Same with the swaps.
  • Jrue should have value and I'm really hoping we can immediately flip him.
  • I like adding Ayton.
  • The Heat didn't get him. Fuck the Heat.
Negatives:
  • Not many picks.
  • No young talent.
Meh:
  • I really don't care about losing Keon/Little/Nurk.
I'm just not seeing how Jrue is going to turn into young players AND picks.
 
Wow! Good for the Bucks! Of course, Dame is going to be seriously pissed when Giannis leaves for New York.

Jrue Holiday is one of the best dudes in the NBA - I wouldn't be sad if he paused on our roster for a while to teach a little defense.

I remember the series with NOP, Jrue shut down Dame night after night. His defense is sickening, in the best possible way. He has value to other contenders for sure.

I'd love Jrue as the third guard behind Sharpe and Scoot.

But like OG, trading Jrue would net the most.

Why are we celebrating Ayton as if it’s a part of this deal? He could have been had for nurkic and pieces, unless Grayson Allen was key to Phoenix saying yes (which can’t be true).
