Shocked people don’t like this we got all star back defensive player of the year one of best two way players, Ayton good young center fits with scoot, and pick swaps which could have huge value at same time of decline for bucks

Jrue fits the whole "Heat Culture" bullshit.

Jrue makes almost identical money to Lowry/Jovic/Jaquez.

Jrue for Lowry/Jovic/Jaquez and two picks?

Final haul would be:

Ayton
Lowry
Jovic
Jaquz
29 FRP from Milwaukee
28 FRP from Miami
30 FRP from Miami
Two pick swaps

That wouldn't be bad.
I just don't see how pat would want to work with cronin after losing dame.

Why? Did you get a job with the Bucks? They have to be the favorites to win a title now. They gave up NOTHING and got Lillard.
Unprotected pick swaps, and the 29 fully unprotected is not nothing. 5 yrs from now, when our youngins are ready to contend, having those assets in our war chest will be very valuable. We control Milwaukee's draft for the 3 yrs after Dame and Giannis are no longer there.

Personally, I think having control of the Bucks picks in the distant future is FAR more appealing to me than even an additional straight first from Miami.

Maybe it's the kool-aid, but the more I think on this, the more I like it.

At least it’s over! Now to see what else comes from the Next move with Holiday

Miami sure does seem like a perfect fit for Jrue. He will not bring back everything you listed since he will be a FA next year, but nonetheless he should bring back something of value

TBH, I don't think Dame is going to notice the difference between living in Miami and Milwaukee.

He's going to be loved there as long as he doesn't totally bomb on the court. It's one of the cities as close to Portland as he could get in terms of fan appreciation and media not overreacting to sell papers, get clicks or draw ratings.

is it wrong that I also kinda liked Camara coming into the draft as a second-round flyer? I'm not sure that I actually don't like his potential more than someone like Jaquez (currently Jaquez is far more refined).

I bet Dame and Giannis BOTH love this. This would be enough for the Freak to want to stay.
How can they not be the odds-on favorite to win it all? The inside-out game is RIDICULOUS on the Bucks. That's not just one ring, but multiple rings. They haven't had a combo like that since Oscar Robertson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
