well dammit. If they cant figure out that my time is the only time and its on them to conform then…..

So this leads me to my next overthinking question? No one thought it might be a good idea to have a label or note stating what the chocolate is until after the 70’s?

I mean…Milton?? Wth man! Cruel joke on society if you ask me….

Edit: on the serious, having a wife allergic to peanuts, ive just thought they were always noted whats in them for health reasons. But obviously that likely didnt become a thing until the fda started mandating such things.

I've had boxes of See's chocolates that did not say which piece was what. Try a box of their nuts and chews for example. I've known other brands of chocolates that did not tell what was inside But for the last 30 years or so, we've eaten nothing but See's.

Yes, you and I like to know what's under the chocolate shell, but believe it or not, there are others out there who, for some mysterious reason, like to not know so they can be surprised.

He definitely said I'm not leaving PDX. There were two words after that I didn't hear too clearly and there's obviously no replay. He's in Vegas with friends and family so it was a bit loud.

he's been consistent in his message since day 1 this summer. he's not asking for a trade, but could be on the horizon.

olshey's response this offseason has been nothing short of a disaster.

Is amazing to me that someone who posted incessantly throughout this past season that Dame deserved to be dealt somewhere else so he could have the chance to win would call it "annoying" when Dame says that he wants this team to make the moves/effort necessary for him to win here, with the understanding that if they're not willing to, then he might need to go elsewhere to have that chance.
 
Will he wait until the trade deadline and assess best options? I guess staying would be an option, but unlikely. According to his quote he IS leaving at some point. There can be no mistaking that. Out of all this shit, that's the only quote I trust. Right from the source.
 
A few reporters wrote while the Olympics were going that Dame had committed to Chauncey and Neil that he would give them a chance to prove themselves. Those writers speculated that he would start the season with the team and see how the team is performing. If they are performing the way they have in the past (losing to the best in the league) then he'd ask out with plenty of time before the trade deadline.

So the team has until probably some time between the beginning of January and the beginning of February to show Dame that they're a contender. If Olshey isn't going to make a big move between now and then, he should trade Dame now before the trade demand gets leaked which would slightly hurt his value.

This is not on Dame, I guarantee the guy had been on Olshey about improving the team for a while before he went public. I guarantee there are ways that even right now, Olshey can improve this roster to the point Dame will stay. If Olshey does nothing and Chauncey can't pull off some sort of miracle, I personally think Dame will be gone at the deadline. Why on earth would the guy talk about urgency and then give the team two off seasons with a full season in between to improve?

I don't think he IS leaving if the team shows it can become a contender... that just means getting markedly better. I think he'll assess things before the trade deadline and give the team notice with enough time for them to put a move together by the deadline but only if the team doesn't show it has taken things to a different level. I believe CJ, Nurk, Norm and Dame when they say his goal is still to win a championship here. He just has to see the team heading in that direction urgently.

i don't think it's just olshey.

i don't think ownership wants to pay to win. how we went from PA throwing money down the drain to this penny pinching broke franchise in just two years is shocking to me.
