The best player on a team that went 34-3 and ranked #5 in the nation.
And you're comparing roles?
Weber State? Big Sky Conference?
Excuse me, but....

Seriously, I'd rather hear his incessant bitching about who we drafted then his constantly changing calls for who we should draft. You want Waiters at #6 this week?
Thank God the draft is just a week away.

Fez has turned into Kim K. there isn't a draft pick (seemingly besides Lillard) whose jock he hasn't been riding...

I'll tell you one thing I don't get in this whole discussion. How the hell is anybody willing to 'pound the table' (to borrow from Mike Mayock) for Liliard or Waiters ... or anybody for that matter. Outside of Davis and maybe Robinson is anybody in this draft really a sure thing?

I don't think anyone in any draft is a sure thing. That's just my opinion though.
No, there's no such thing as a 100% chance at a future all-star (well maybe Lebron and Durant qualify?) but I think you can definitely pencil some guys in for good careers (Davis, Robinson) but outside of that select few I'm not seeing a lot of star power in this draft ... or where there is potential star power it's in a pretty flaky package (Drummond, Barnes, etc.). Maybe I'm just down on this draft more than I have been in past years? I confess I hardly watched any college basketball this year aside from a couple of games in person at PSU.
You don't remember last years gawd awful crop?
Waiters at #11, yes. Waiters at #6, oh hell no.
At the 11 spot I'm for us going for a high risk/reward type guy. Thats why I'm for Leonard and PJIII at that spot.
I still feel Andrew Nicholson will be a very solid player in the league. I think we should look into trading down a couple spots to attain him, or getting another pick to use on him.
Nicholson and his 15.9 PER would sure look good on our bench right now.

Holy shit, I was just looking at Waiters advanced stats. -0.1 OWS is just flat out awful.
Ya, 1 guy each in the last 20 years. You got me. Has Carmelo made any team better?
