CDR is not a top ten prospect. The only reason he has even been put into the mid first by some people is because of the run memphis made. Expect him to slide back down to late first, somehwere from 20-25.
The same thing happened with all the Memphis and Kansas players. Rose went from being a lock at 2, to being a possible number 1. CDR went from early second to mid first, Rush and Arthur did the same. Darnell Jackson and Sasha Kahn both went from being undrafted to possible second rounders.
The hype will die down come draft day. Don't expect anyone to take CDR before 15 or so.

You think the NCAA tournament impacted mock draft positions wait until the workouts start and the agents start spinning their machines.
The mocks weren't a true assessment even 2 months ago because what is evaluated is mostly about "potential" and all the players are so young that one month's worth of games can have a big impact on that perceived potential. And that impact could be deserved.
Renaldo Balkman turned an NIT performance into a 1st round selection. I don't believe their are many people who doubt he deserved to get picked where he did.
