Whoop! Whoop! 3 turnovers and a crappy kicker can't bring us down!

Im a huge Duck fan but all the talk about them having one if the best D’s in the country is fools gold

Yeah, I agree. Not when 3 of your 4 starters in the defensive backfield opt-out. That takes a toll on your depth Then you have 1 suspended for the 1st half and another who got sick this week......not a good situation against any good passing teams.

Morehead is going to really help!
Definitely. The opposing coach mentioned it a couple times in his postgame; that Ducks made some great playcalls. One thing Blazer related, mentioned that Cristobal wasn't threatened by bringing in a former head coach on his staff. Is Stotts afraid to bring anyone in with new ideas and the credibility to push them?

Something Cristobal emphasized in post game comments; this is a really young team. Saw it with offensive line, how much they improved just during the game. And with Shough; he looked a little rattled in only his second start, but really settled down. He made some great throws. I feel like the receivers are a lot better than previous years.

5 new starting offensive linemen, given up 1 sack in two games, while averaging 270 yards rushing/game. Very few offensive lines have those numbers.
They are doing great overall; just thought they were a little rough in first half; of course because of the turnovers, they didn't have much of a chance to get settled in.

This is a fun season, but they aren’t going to make much noise nationally. Next year, with the addition of the 2021 class, plus Shough having a year under his belt, holy crap! Watch out.

I know that most of the O-line is new, but this is supposed to be Cristobal's specialty, and they are not doing the job.

The Oline has been great IMO for the first two games of replacing all 5 starters. 7th in the country at 538 total offensive yards per game and 5th in rushing offense at 269 ypg and #1 nationally with 7.1 yards per carry. The new Oline is mauling people in the running game.

this with 5 new starters on the OLine

Duck are also 12th in yards/pass attempt

now, they haven't played a top-20 defense yet, but UCLA, coming in on Saturday, ranks 32nd giving up 351 yds/game. So, might be a real test of the OLine. UCLA ranks 22nd in sacks/game and 7th in tackles for loss/game so they can get after the QB and RB's

Yes. The turnovers have killed us.

I love Dye. He’s fast as fuck. But he’s had a fumbling problem since he’s been here. I wonder if it has to do with him being maybe the only player in the NCAA not to wear gloves.

Doubtful. He fumbled with the gloves on last Saturday. Then took them off and scored twice.

This. Was just about to post the same. He was even quoted saying something along the lines that the gloves didn't feel quite right.

(insert joke here)
