Why does the Trade Machine not allow me to trade Lillard? I mean if it's April Fool's, I'd figure we'd send him and a pick to Toronto for Kyle Lowry.

The trade machine knows Dame has said he will finish his career in Portland so it will not allow trades involving Dame.
