That's probably true, but If I was the coach, I probably would have rested Lillard and Jones another game (or a half if the experiment failed), just to see what would happen.
The Knicks with something like 8 coaches in 10 years and not making the playoffs even once.
Blazers suffer a bad loss in New York to finish off their long road trip. We'll break down why we keep having let downs like this following games that should build momentum. Join us for the Blazers Uprise Post Game Show:
Yep. Who really wants to be associated with the Knicks? The only thing going for that team is Madison Square Garden and bright lights big city of New York. But it was the coach holding them back, not the roster.

I'm sure Dame wanted to play and we don't have a coach, we have a guy that just lets the players do what they want. If it's a bunch of scrappy young guys they choose to play scrappy ball. If it's Dame and Co. they just do the same thing they've done since Stotts started. Now Stotts does get a ton of credit for that because he's been coaching Dame his entire career so Dame's expectation is Stotts ball but even if Stotts grew a brain and thought motion in the offense would lead to more wins I just don't think he'd say anything at this point. I think he just let's the players run shit and he's their cheerleader.now that I can agree with, at least on Dame. Watching him today I don't think he should have played. Not only that, he played 38 minutes. That's just dumb
I agree with this take. All they did was prolong this injury a bit longer. Sit him until he is fully healthy and hit the reset button.now that I can agree with, at least on Dame. Watching him today I don't think he should have played. Not only that, he played 38 minutes. That's just dumb
DirecTV signal was just fine no problem. Must be whatever service you have the league pass through.league pass bugging out again. I hate this piece of shit
Because they had a Terrible Coach!Saying “injuries are not an excuse” is literally the dumbest. There is a roster. It has players. Some better than others. Take 2/3/4 top players out. The team isn’t as good. If it IS as good, you need to get rid of those 2/3/4 guys, immediately. The warriors won 3 titles then lost KD Klay Steph and Draymond with injuries or free agency. Guess what! They had the worst record in the NBA! Why?
i was using nba.com on mac and the NBA app on roku. Know for a fact I wasn't the only one dealing with issues tonight.DirecTV signal was just fine no problem. Must be whatever service you have the league pass through.
Blazers Broadcasting through Comcast had a few issues. The screen literally went black for about 20 seconds and then jumped to commercial then back to a Gary Trent missed three.DirecTV signal was just fine no problem. Must be whatever service you have the league pass through.
I guess you don't see a difference between the reason and an excuse. You think roster make-up has no impact on performance (for us), but when we play teams that are short handed, you think it's an excuse for why we should win?

I’m at the Seattle airport and my YouTube TV won’t let me watch the game on my phone..you’d think they’d have it on at the bar since it’s UW but noDucks are on CBS; they counterbalanced our Philly win with a loss on Thursday; hopefully they will counterbalance our loss today.
Even if that's true, their current coach has them playing winning basketball.
I paid $20 for WiFi on my flight to watch the game and my YoutubeTV wouldn’t load the feed..fuckers!DirecTV signal was just fine no problem. Must be whatever service you have the league pass through.

Look man your stance is clear. But the fact is the Knicks are 11-13 (In the EAST) and the Blazers 12-10 with a decimated roster. YES I"M GOING TO USE THE FUCKING INJURY EXCUSE!You're changing
Even if that's true, their current coach has them playing winning basketball. Coaching either matters or it doesn't.
Looks like it matters.

Come back when you actually have an argument.
Your continued press on this is questionable at best.
The Knicks are 11-13. That's more losing than winning, basketball. If you believe in facts.
So Blazer get the W in Philly cos of hustling and energy but we couldn't play that tonite cos Dame was hurt?

What kind of basketball did the Blazers play today against a team playing losing basketball?
Take your time.
Bro, these 2 aren’t worth your time and frustration. I learned to not engage with them anymore and it makes your experience on this forum much more pleasant.Hi. I'm back. So, I don't have an argument but my argument is questionable? Ok.
Your argument is stale.
The fact that Thibs, with that roster, has the Knicks at 11-13 is a blessing.
The fact that the Blazers are 12-10 with their roster is a HUGE disappointment.
THAT'S why Blazers fans are disappointed with the lack of accountability.

It appears I falsely assumed you were saying the Knicks play winning basketball in general, my bad.
They lost today, so therefore, it was losing basketball for the Blazers, if you look at things through a one game sample size. Just like the Blazers would be better than the #1 seed in the East if we take Thursday as a one game sample size.
In a 22+ game sample size, the Blazers have won more games in less games played than the Knicks, who apparently play "winning basketball."
