Ed Davis

Yeah Meyers better watch out, cause Ed may take his place in the starting lineup...then again he seems to play well off the bench.

I think Davis is best suited off the bench. He wrecks opposing teams benches and holds his own against starters so he gives Nards and Plums rest at any point.

I like how we can put our bench in keep the momentum...

If anything, he's supplanting Plumlee.

I don't mind him coming off the bench. Just play him a bunch of minutes and close with who is playing well that day.

Yeah he closed the game with 5 fouls and Stotts kept him in the game at the end

I have always loved Davis, so when I saw we got him, I knew he was gonna do good things.

But, I always reserve absolutes for a couple months, so lets hope he keeps it up. I -think- he can, but there's still doubts for the sake of doubts.

Even if he never improves, with the salary cap moving up, it's a pretty safe bet to say his contract is a steal.

I don't disagree. Just thought the quote and timing was LOL quality if it was serious.

He'd replace Plumlee as the starting center. Meyers is our PF, and Stotts would want his shooting to pair with either Davis or Plumlee inside.

is fucking awesome.

Can't believe the L*kers let him get away. Maybe they'll clue in when we play them and Ed outrebounds their front line.
They were not happy about losing him. But they were still trying for LMA at the time

All the same I think Stotts will keep him on what is a very potent bench

His ice cold demeanor is awesome too. Gives Lillard a run for his money in that department.
