ALL of us have to learn to communicate with each other more respectfully.
Dog, I do think there is more to this than learning to communicate.
You mention growing up in the city with Black culture, but you don't see it as black culture, just culture. At least I tried to say it, or that is what I got.
Fine. Well maybe not, I suppose I may get corrected.
But, not everyone sees as you do in the same City, other Cities, or not in any City. Some where along the way, list get created of things that are
virtuous, and not virtuous. But those list are only known to those that are there, but they come to be known beyond those that are there. But it is
difficult to include all because others have other things to care about and other list to create.
It can not be that all must care, about every list.
Tolerance is needed for people from other interests. The same insults are not on all lists. Being offended is usually an offense on a list, but why be offended if the offense is not on the offenders lists.
Now, snark and obtuse are nearly the same when communicating. Those are intended to offend without being on any list. Dropping that would allow respect
to reign, and tolerance to be virtuous.
