Did you just oh snap your own post? Hmm.This sir is a quality post.
Oh snap, your sister told me that same thing last night.....#BAM
Good post and I liked it, but seriously, an Aquaman reference over the obvious Game of Thrones reference? Headshake, lol.In the video that Kanter is making with Adams, that is the first time I've seen him with his hair down. Has anyone seen him and Jason Momoa (Aquaman) in the same place at the same time? I think not....

Props...now if they lose Thursday stay positive, they will be rolling going into the playoffs. lolI can't help but feel incredibly impatient waiting for Thursday! One can only watch so many Enes Kanter highlight reels...

Props to you for saying something good about the Blazers! hehAs far as I'm concerned, this is the most talented post-LaMarcus team we've had.
Before the moves, the second unit had good energy and good chemistry, and for the first time in seemingly forever was helping win games.
Let's hope the team as constructed with the new players has good chemistry in time for the playoffs.

That might be hard to evaluate for a while. I mean most of those games the bench looked good in....... were at home.
that's the concern...look at the home/road splits for the 2nd unit:
Turner - home +8.9....road -10.5
Collins - home +6.4....road -14.0
Layman - home +8.6....road -0.3
Meyers - home +3.3....road -18.8
Curry - home +13.7....road -9.4
Hood - home -7.6....road -14.2 (45 of 49 games for Cleveland)
it's not just one or two, it's every one of them playing poorly
Is this net rating? What do our starters look like? Eye test tells me just Dame and CJ are doing well on the road.that's the concern...look at the home/road splits for the 2nd unit:

I'm not as comfy making grandiose claims based on that stat -- it's highly dependent on lineups and not really a good individual stat. Thought you were talking about net rating.this is the cumulative +/- derived from the games +/- that appears in every box score; averaged for home/road
Lillard - home +11.3....road -0.5
CJ - home +11.2....road -3.0
Aminu - home +13.1....road -1.5
Nurkic - home +13.7....road +1.5
Harkless - home +3.4....road -4.0
so yeah, every Blazer plays quite a bit worse on the road, but then Portland is 10-15 on the road so you'd expect those negative numbers. Portland has been fairly bad on the road this year. For instance, last season Dame was +8.3 at home and +3.1 on the road.
the problem is (if you delete Harkless in favor of Layman), the Blazers starters are hovering around -1, and if CJ was better they'd be about neutral. But the bench is clocking in around -11. To wan a game on the road, being within a point or two in crunch time gives you a chance. Being down 6-10 rarely does
Who else is excited for tonight and our first look at Kanter in rip city duds?
