I gave both people who came back after being banned a second chance. OdenIsGod didn't change his previous behavior at all and was banned again. Mixum has been fine.

Like when Roy Tarpley was "banned for life" from the NBA. He went and played in Europe for three years and then was back in the league. Evidently, nobody recognized him when he came back.

Unlike "Brock" who everyone immediately recognized as Mixum.

He is the fastest person I have ever ignored. I gave Mixum 8 months before I did it to him and that only lasted a week because at least Mixum had something funny to say from time to time.
