A week before inauguration, Musk rocket blew up. While he found it exciting, people in several countries had debris, some of it toxic, falling. Air traffic worldwide had to be delayed and diverted to avoid collision with space debris. Federal Aviation Administration commissioner grounded further flights pending investigation. As soon as President Musk was inaugurated he demanded FAA commissioner resign. Which is why there was no FAA commissioner yesterday. Trump hastily named acting commissioner.
