Federal anti discrimination laws are not good.

They prompt States to all adopt compliance laws like ORS 659A.

All states should not have to be the same, it was never intended to be so. People should be allowed to vote with their feet in addition to the ballot box.

It would be good if bars and restaurants notified the public just whom the wish to serve. When you wish to be comfortable, you can select the establishment that most meets your liking.
If there are none you can go find a place that meets your needs.
When you feel like dumpster diving you can check out the other types and if you get the boot, all part of the experience.

The Feds nor the State should have a role in this process.

I like the extra calcium you get from Tums, but overall, I'm more of a Gas-X guy.
