We only had like 6 games of it before Wes went down, but the Aldridge, Batum, Wes, Afflalo, Dame, line-up was incredible. Small sample size, but it was instantly amazing.

That team was a contender. Anyone saying it wasn't has a poor memory. Pretty sure we had a top 5 offense and a top ten defense. Then added Afflalo to that. And if I remember correctly, Aldridge was destroying golden state every time we played them. Let's not forget that Memphis, with an injured team, made golden state look very mediocre, and was up 2-1.

Whoever made it out of the west that year was gonna win the championship. And if we were healthy, we could've beat Memphis, we could've beat golden state, and then destroyed the rockets.

Batum was our worst scorer in that lineup... all he had to do was rebound, defend, and pass. And he was surrounded by great shooters, and two amazing offensive players. And everyone but dame was an above average, to great defender.

Terry may not be the answer but it's hard to say the way this roster was thrown together and how imbalanced it is. A trade needs to be made to move some of these wings. And to bring in more of a low post presence. So why is it not happening?

I'm giving him until next year. The thing that terrifies me the most is a panic trade at the deadline. We are a one and done team so there is no reason to panic and make a bad trade just to make a trade. In the summer will be the best time for NO to make a move and if we go into next year with a very similar roster then there is a problem.
