A decent percentage of Blazer fans...

His record was worse than mediocre before he found his saving grace in Damian Lillard.
 
The perfect storm:

1. A GM that isn’t open to trade his only valuable assets (CJ and Zach)

2. A team that doesn’t seem interested in the luxury tax.

So, the only real way for Portland to take the next step is inner development. But we have a coach who’s coaching for his job, and isn’t going to prioritize that, so guys like Zach, Layman, Anfernee, and Trent aren’t getting the freedom required to properly develop, and instead are losing playing time to bums and reclamation projects on short term contracts.

Beautiful. I love being a Blazers fan.

I wonder. Late at night does Olshey drunkenly hump his pillow and tell himself he has put a *great* team around Dame - and everything that has gone wrong is somebody else's fault? OTOH, maybe he is well aware things are a mess and honestly just doesn't care as long as he has job security?

And what about Stotts....is he really such an "aw shucks" personality that he accepts failure (his and his players') without losing any sleep over it? Is it possible that in his own mind he honestly thinks he is doing a great job?

On my bad days I really fear that what we are seeing here is a complete lack of self awareness - which means the only solution is a total cleansing.

I mean, does Olshey come off as humble and self aware to you? He generally thinks fans are idiots, which is rich coming from someone who only stumbled upon the sport because his acting career didn’t take off. Projection? Probably.
 
Olshey makes at least 2 million dollars a year. I'd bet he has better humping options than a pillow

of course, I've never seen his pillow, but c'mon...how hot could it be?

BlazersEdge is full of some of the stupidest assholes on the planet. In fact, pretty much ALL of SB Nation is. I stopped going there over a year ago, and I haven't regretted it since.

Last game he attended was the "bird game," right? Now he watches the games on a private feed from a hot tub in the back, arms wide and relaxed, while the Blazer Dancers feed him grapes between their routines...at least that's what my sources tell me.

Lol. Paul Allen wanted them to sit together. Neil is at every single game. No other GM and President sit next to the owner side by side. It was weird and now it’s over.
