Yeh, it's your first so we're not gonna blame you for anything, plus you should use Photoshop, it's better than Paint Shop Pro, and there are more tutorials for Photoshop than there is for PSP. Keep at it, though.

Its not to bad for your first effort. I like the sub text. It suites the theme of the sig. Try getting your hands onto photoshop because there are heaps and heaps of tutorials around for photoshop. Keep at it, youll definately improve.
