Not really. People hunt with guns. Not AR 15's but other rifles, yes. A lot of people enjoy shooting guns just to shoot targets and what not.

There's no need now....cattle, hogs and chickens are ruling the meat world...wild game hunting is a very small community compared to those who own guns they claim they need for protection from bad guys....hunters are actually most often very responsible gun owners....hunting high school kids at school is not even on the same planet as someone bagging a deer..I'd go so far as to venture that no gun owner in this forum has saved a life with their guns and never went to school with one either
