This we can agree to disagree. If he didn't have a plan in place he wouldnt' have his job and PA has shown he has no problem firing GM's. Just because we don't hear anything, and thats a staple of NO, nothing ever leaked when he was the GM of the Clippers, doesn't mean he isn't actively working on things. It takes two to tango so even if he is working his ass off on trying to get things put together if the other team says no there is nothing he can do.

Lakers have to get Kawhi now after striking out on George. I doubt LeBron would want to go there and play just with Ball, Kuzma, Hart, Ingram and Randle.

Spurs can get a massive deal out of it. I think Lakers could end up offering Ingram, Kuzma and Hart, maybe even offer Ball to a third team to obtain another asset to give Spurs. Then LeBron would cherry pick his colleagues out of free agency to go with him and Kawhi.
