He should get 'em anyway. Skal/Gasol sounds like a solid backup big duo.Yes, and Stotts said that with Gasol out Skal would like get rotation minutes. I hope he crushes it like game 82.

After watching the Lakers lose against a Clippers team that has no rim protection or legit big rotation I don't fear them at all....I think we could easily end up with a higher seed than the Lakers....Clippers perimeter defense is brutally good...they are going to be a tough matchup
nuggets dipshit fans are talking mad shit on reddit. hopefully we shut them up again.
They have a right to talk crap. Objectively, they had the 2nd best record in the conference last year, lost nobody, added a perfect complement in Jerami Grant, and have a highly-touted rookie in Porter. They should think that they're going to own this conference this year (retooled Clippers notwithstanding).nuggets dipshit fans are talking mad shit on reddit. hopefully we shut them up again.
well, they are still on their periods from us beating them in the playoffs, lol.Lolll is this their Finals? Never seen a team/fan base so pressed by a regular season game.
Blazers have won 5 first-games in a row and 9 of the last 10.
I noticed that 8 of those 10 first-games have been at home. I thought that was weird so I checked Denver. While only 2 of Portland's last 10 first-games have been on the road, Denver has had 7 of their last 10 first-games on the road, and tonight will make it 8 of 11. Utah has had 6 of 10 on the road; OKC 5 of 10. I wonder why Portland has been at home so much. Is it just random? Does Portland being in a geographic corner work to their 'advantage'?
That is exactly why Hood is my pick this game. Make them adjust. Keep going there until they make the Nuggets take Barton off the court.Barton starts at small forward? If I was Stotts I’d go to Hood early and often.
Must win game tonight?

Ant, Nas and Moses are probably still growinghttps://www.nba.com/blazers/roster
Did they finally update the heights? Lillard is now listed at 6-2. Bazemore is 6-4. All the other players seemed to have stayed the same height.
cough cough.....you're all welcome...the riverman abides! I may have just saved the season with my Darkwebs outreach thread!
Love it...way to go all 'Bowski on us!![]()
Ditto! Don’t EVER scare us like that again. Please.......?Thank you @Darkwebs! You are amazing and I appreciate your hard work even when you don't want to do it.
Where are you ? 11am is perfect if you do not have to work.Fuck the game is tomorrow at 11am for me but I'm not sure I will be able to sleep properly, I'm too fucking hyped
Hopefully not, if that dude get's playing time we're in troubleGasol and Nurk are out, so that means only 12 active players, assuming no one else is injured. Does Moses suit up?
Because we have the best nba crowd and the NBA wants to show our crowd to the nba fansBlazers have won 5 first-games in a row and 9 of the last 10.

I agree except that Collins actually can shut down Millsap, his defense against millsap won us game 6 & 7MY BODY IS READY!

I wouldn't say it's a "must win" game, but this game will tell us a lot about what our team chemistry is like, and how much of a process its going to be. If we win soundly, then we'll know it probably won't be much of an issue this season. If we lose by 20, then it's going to be a loooong season.
Realistically, I can see Denver winning this one. I'm not yet sold on Whiteside or our bench, and Zach can't stop Millsap.
This is going to come down to Dame, and how much he shuts down Murray.
GO BLAZERS!
He spent most of last season platooning guys though, I know cause I hated it so much...No. All 12 won't even play. Stotts likes a bare bones rotation.
