Last year was an odd ball year for the west. We got the 5th seed at 44 wins. But 44 wins had not been enough to get a Western team into the playoffs since the 2006-2007 season, when the Warriors earned the 8th seed with 42.

I think you might be onto something here. Between Meyers, Crabbe, and Noah*, there is more effort being put into hairdos than basketball. Give them all mullets until they prove they can play basketball.

*I actually think it's painfully obvious that Noah should be our starting PF. Not because he's that great, but because he's the only legit PF on the team.
