The Nuggets are considered the favorite now according to bookies..At our home!

As much as it's sad and pathetic that it's the case, so far this year the Blazers haven't earned the right to be the "favorites" against almost every team in the league, home or away.

I really believe the NBA has a problem on its hands.
The Nets 'Game' that I just watched was just horrific basketball. So undisciplined & uninspired.

Ever since that 'Curry lays down' All-Star Clown-a-Thon - it seems every game I tune in to watch is just filled with lack-luster play.
It really seems like a lot of players are playing at 60-70% and just don't give a shit. They know they're getting paid either way - and its all just a big fraternity. No rivalries - play moderately hard up to a limited extent to avoid injuries.

Guaranteed contracts is, slow boil, ruining the NBA.

Look what mozgov is paid. Turner, etc. bunch of ridiculous contract in the league. I think some guys want to play for sure and it shows regardless of contract but it’s obvious some of these guys half ass it. I think money is a big reason. Harkless gets 10 million a year to basically do nothing since he’s just regressed. Meyers as well. Literally Meyers has barely done anything for this team and has gotten paid pretty nicely for his shitty play.

What annoys me the most is guys these days feel entitled now to these huge contracts which will only get bigger and it seems the competition is worse than it has ever been before but the ratings are the best the nba has ever had.
