At what point do WE become the garbage team and not be expected to win every night?

When we aren't the team with the all-NBA point guard. There are all kinds of excuses for us not playing like the contender we were sold as being. There is not an excuse for losing to this OKC team.

Can we finally get Rondo at some point?

I loved Giles ant Ant's dunks. It is pretty enjoyable to watch young players getting exp. It's was fun to watch.

Nah, he was injured. We have footage of him trying to warm up and was in some pain.

Can't even own up to his propaganda when the facts are irrefutable.

Despite there being some legit critisms one could try to make, we've got to the point where we just make things up to pile on.

Who sold this to you and why did you buy it?

I've seen plenty of reasonable people say this was a 4-7 seed when healthy. Right now, they're not healthy, at all, and they're the 5th seed.

When healthy only LAL and LAC are better, or should be (in the west).

I haven't seen Little in so long, I confused him with Giles. I guess losing 20lbs added a couple inches to his height, appears anyway. A unit of Lillard, Trent, Little, Giles, Jones is pretty damn athletic and long. They probably wouldn't better our chances of winning , but it's a helluva lot more fun to watch than the plod units.

Bullshit. He is paid $25 million a year. He needs to play like a star every game. No fucking excuses.
Whoa there Turbo. He's still human bro. I get it that he needs to lead the team but he just did 4 games straight of 30 point games.

I really liked that they battled back the whole game. Never quit and came close to pulling out a win.

On the other hand.

I really hate that they battled back the whole game. Never quit and came close to pulling out a win.

When we have less talent than the other team. This was not the case against the Thunder. We were without players, they were without likely 3 of their 4 best players in Horford, Hill and Ariza. Outside of SGA, the rest of that roster is one of the worst rosters in the NBA.

  • They still put up 30+ points in every quarter but one
  • Shot 45% from '3'...the worst shooting '3' team in the NBA
  • They missed 14 FT's....it could have been much worse
  • Mike Muscala hasn't scored that many points since March 28, 2018

I expect to win against who they trotted out anytime I have Dame, Kanter, Melo, Trent, DJJ, Ant, etc. Every time. #DefenseMatters

When we shoot a decent 3pt% we are in games, if we don't or the other team goes nuts from the three, we lose games.
OKC shot 45% from the three to our 34% with four more makes.
Once we get more offensive production from both forward positions and get a few healthy bodies back we will again be in the 8-4 mix like the other 25 teams.

I'm gonna be honest.... I miss the old NBA where we had centers like Ewing, Hakeem, Shaq, Robinson, etc.

This new small ball league that does nothing but shoot threes and avoid defense like the plague is fucking boring.

not only that, there were plenty of power forwards who knew how to bruise and mix it up inside: Barkely, Karl Malone, Oakley, Rodman, Larry Johnson, Anthony Mason, Shawn Kemp, Loy Vaught, Brian Grant. It was fun watching the battles in the paint

those kind of players are obsolete in the modern NBA and that makes for a narrow, less watchable product

Never gonna happen. Stotts has no intention to involve them in the offense other than stand in the corners and wait for a pass.
