Tell him to dunk and play motivatedkeep nurk involved, is that hard thing to do

The warriors have one center on the roster and he is wounded. They are a fast, pass first and perimiter based offense so nurk will have to be agile and not get fouls on defense and be careful with the ball and strong in the post against them. If he can do it, he will play a lot as they have no counter to that. But, if he fails in either of these things, the blazers will go small and he will have a lot of bench time.
If these is a game for him to prove he can be that star player that is worth a big contract, this is it.
Warriors have Kevin Looney starting at C. He's one of those mobile 'quick-hands' defenders who have given Nurk a lot of trouble in the past. Nurkic might be able to overpower Looney at times, but the Warriors aren't just going to let that happen all the time
unless both Dame and CJ are cooking, I think that Kerr might take Billups to school tonight
Kevon Looney is a 6'9'' PF listed at 222lbs, that's 20lbs less than Larry Nance Jr.
I am saying again, if Nurk can establish himself in the post - they have no-one that can match with his size as a 7 footer, 290lbs guy. If he wants to be thought of as a star and be paid like one - that's exactly the kind of game he should circle on the calendar. Is he going to be doing it? I sure hope so. Do I believe he will? Honestly, not, I do not think Nurk is a star player. He is a very good defensively role player who can have a good game offensively every once in a while. But as a game you need Nurk to prove himself - this is exactly the kind of opportunity he should look for.

to be fair, he has shown progress and chauncey should give him post ups and let him workNurkic doesn't have the patience to establish himself in the paint or the mindset to slow down and use his size as an advantage.
This team don’t have the urgency to win games. They wait like January to turn it around. Maybe they’re scared or getting hurt or something.Just absolutely "UGLY" this game up. That might be the best strategy.

Or the Brains to stop fouling guards at the 3 point line.Nurkic doesn't have the patience to establish himself in the paint or the mindset to slow down and use his size as an advantage.
We're due to win a road game and the Warriors are due to drop a game....I like our chances...I hope we are firing on all cylinders tonight and make them play our game
I agree on the post-ups. If he will get set before making his move.to be fair, he has shown progress and chauncey should give him post ups and let him work
you cant give him a few games and if it doesnt work, simply give up, let him do it over and over and over, continuity is the key
Dame was due to shake his shooting slump...I absolutely believe in these paranoid rituals! There's no such thing as being "due" in sports, but I want a win so I will hope against hope lol.
Go blazers!
There's always a first time for everythingI'm sure this game thread will be enjoyable tonight.

The key is not to go up double digits. If we go up double digits we'll lose.
Then I like our chancesWhat if we get down double digits?
