For the most part I'm just glad the Blazers put together a win last night against a team they were supposed to beat the way they were supposed to win.
The Cavs are a mess yes.
Here is another thought. Yes they have won a Championship but you do all realize it was only one Championship and it was their only championship. Then there is a little thing about having 4 number one picks in the last 18 years and 3 of them were in the last 10 years. The two players that were really good picks one was arguably GOAT? Anthony Bennett was quite possibly the worst number one pick ever. He just washed. Not even an injury issue. Dude just washed out.
Andrew Wiggins traded pretty much to get rid of Bennett was a head scratcher also but it did get them Love.
I have got to say even the Number One Pick is a crap shoot. Portland obviously knows this.
Fact is Cleveland had a chance to become a dynasty if they would have been able to keep their shit together and never did it. The only reason they have even one Championship is because LeBron is from there and he had pity on the city and it's fans. Going back was probably the only way they became relevant for that stretch.
I will take the Blazers process of staying in the playoffs and trying to build a contender one player at a time over what Cleveland has done. The Cavs might possibly be in the running again for the Number One Pick. Think about that.
