I wonder if they could possibly snub Dame again claiming it's the teams record and that's why he shouldn't be an all star. I swear...

He takes the losses personally and you can see it in his body language. You know he doesn't like losing.

It's better than seeing him sitting on the bench laughing it up during a loss like Aldridge did when he was on our team.

They could. Curry, Harden, CP3, Westbrook, and Klay are all gimmes in the West backcourt. If they have a sixth guard, Lillard should get it but ya never know.
 
Dame is probably sick of this shit. Dude is averaging 27. Sure he contributes to the defensive issues but more than makes up for it on the offensive side. He is surrounded by guys who just got paid all this money and can't even play right. He outworks everybody and gets better every year. 100 million from adidas. 100 mil extension and look what the fuck he is doing. I would be upset and annoyed too. It's the same team, there is no reason for this. Guys got paid. That's what happened. Aminu has been injured most of the season, that doesn't help. Ezeli isn't playing probably at all this season. It's a joke. You go to competing with the Clippers this past week and beating OKC and now they are back to their old ways. It's tiring even as a fan. I left the game mid 3rd quarter and just scoreboard watched on the internet.

Agreed, but I didn't even see him this down at any time last year. Or even when we finished his rookie year on a 13 game losing streak.

He's too loyal to his guys to go above their heads to ask for moves.

This is reminiscent of KG with the Wolves back in the day. Sad as hell.

Lillard's doing what he's supposed to do by trailing his man over the screen. The sagging big man leaves the mid-range shot wide open.

Or what I fucking hated the most was Aldridge laughing on the court when we would be losing like he was having a great time.
 
Did Calabro really just say "you still sense there's progress defensively" after we allowed Denver a season-high 132?!?

Been one of my biggest grips with Stotts ... his pick and roll defense, especially for the bigs, is so terrible. Our bigs sag so far back and never put a hand up. Look, Dame and CJ are not elite defender, but they would look so much better in another system ... one set up to help the perimeter defenders.

I don't know if it's the current season adding the salt but I absolutely dislike Colabro and Hurd. Bring Mike and Mike back asap, wont happen though.

I tried to give them a chance, but I'm just not sold. Will my tune change given enough time? Maybe.

However, right now the broadcast is so boring. There is ZERO enthusiasm about the game being called. Feels like a national broadcast and that's not what I tune into a Blazers Broadcast for. Mike and Mike had such high approvals and yet they were shown the door ... smh.

As impossible as it may be to ask, Dame's may have to step up on the defensive end to lead us as well. I was hoping that another player would step up and take some of that load off Dame and be our inspirational player on defense who leads by example as well as vocally, and holds guys accountable for being lazy or stupid on defense, but apparently we don't have that guy. And at this point we know Terry won't hold them accountable.

I agree. I tried too. Where I really noticed it was bad was when we were getting blown out. It gets so boring, at least Mike and Mike would add some comic relief in their own way. Hurd tries too hard. Colabro is too national for me. Colabro can't relate to hurd at all and it's just weird. Mike and Mike you knew they have been friends forever and genuinely liked each other a lot.
